Your initial appointment combines a personalised pelvic-health consultation with your first Pelvic Health Chair treatment.

Having reviewed your completed online pre-screen form before your visit, we will take time to discuss your health history, current pelvic-health concerns, lifestyle and personal goals.

We will explain how the chair works, what you can realistically expect from treatment and how we can support your pelvic health moving forward.

Your appointment includes your first fully clothed, non-invasive Pelvic Health Chair session, with time for questions and a discussion about your individual treatment plan.

Please complete your online pelvic-health pre-screen form before attending. This will be reviewed in advance of your appointment, and we will contact you beforehand if any further information is needed.
